I have been selling real estate on the South Shore of Nova Scotia for 22 years. The real estate industry has been changing a lot in recent years. As a result, there needs to be other options for people that do not want to pay high commission fees as properties continue to climb in price.  I have long recognized that the “one size fits all” models of the past are no longer applicable.
